The Principals of Palmetto have an extensive background in the development of Captives Insurance Companies, Risk Retention Groups and Alternative Risk structures specific to the healthcare industry.  They have also worked in/with Senior Living and various healthcare entities and have successfully dealt with regulatory agencies, including Medicaid, to ensure Captives meet any reimbursement or other requirements.  They have also worked as a healthcare consultant specializing primarily in post-acute services, dealing with market assessments, regulatory assessments, and operational/strategic analysis and financial analysis, and certificate-of-need development.
